Each Fall and the Spring, Boston Avenue offers Adult Education classes in addition to the Disciple Classes and our School of Continuing Education.
At Boston Avenue, we celebrate life – and we consider that to be a God given commandment. For it’s through the living of our lives that we come to know God and understand that God’s highest want is for God’s creation to live fully – to be all it was created to be. Jesus said, “I have come that you might have life…abundantly. (John 10:3)
From the tiniest fish in the ocean to the mightiest mountain across the world to the man and woman and youth and child living life in Tulsa, Oklahoma, God wants us to celebrate life.

School of Continuing Education
Where else can you go and pick from a wide variety of classes to learn and enrich your life? The Boston Avenue School of Continuing Education is an experience for all who wish to be more creative and to add meaning to their lives. Set in a relaxed atmosphere over five weeks, fellowship is encouraged and enhanced through a weekly Speakers Luncheon on Wednesdays.
Spring 2007 classes included studies on the Holocaust, parenting, and Oklahoma and Tulsa history, along with a divorce workshop, sports teams, and Dinners for Eight.
Beginning in the second week of October and running for five consecutive weeks, the School has educated thousands of persons in its three-plus decades. Courses are offered in Biblical Studies, Music, Financial Management, Health and Fitness, Legal Advice, Theology, Arts & Crafts, Hobbies, History, and more.
